Return & Exchange Policy

At Footbooll, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Return & Exchange Window

You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, damage, or any signs of use

Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified quality issue.

Return Procedure

  1. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at service@footbooll.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For returns due to customer preference, such as wrong size or style mismatch, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • For returns due to quality issues, wrong items shipped, or damage upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please provide photo evidence when contacting us.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team to check availability. If the requested item is in stock, we will arrange the exchange after we receive and process your returned item. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
